Nice looking, lite weigh. And well made

This a beautiful piece of machinery! Everyone who has seen it is very much impressed with it's unique skeletal and minimalist design. I am very much looking forward to building my custom AR-15 from this base. My only criticism is that I wish it had included mounts on the ejection port for a dust cover. However, that is not a deal breaker by any means. Many thanks from a satisfied customer.

Recently bought this receiver set and assembled it. It’s definitely a beautifully machined set, and the fit and finish is nearly flawless... I would buy this again. That being said there is room for improvement. A standard stripped upper is over 1oz lighter than this so if ultra light is your goal you can go lighter. Also due to the thickness of the upper a BAD lever can not be used. The lower receiver is a work of art, but it has limitations... the mag well is not flared so certain 10rd mags won’t fit, and if you like to hold your firearm near the magazine, the edges around there are rather sharp. The construction of the lower limits some of your other options as well. Certain ambi mag releases won’t work due to the cutouts, and if installing a trigger assembly that uses screws and not pins (such as elftmann component trigger) you’ll need to make some room for the screw heads. Easy enough to do, but I didn’t enjoy taking a dremel to my brand new receiver.

Bought this set for two separate guns. I put the upper on a 223 wylde pistol. It functions and looks amazing. The lower went on a 458 Socom build with a Tromix skeletonized upper. It works flawlessly and is now my new favorite gun.

I love the way this looks in person and I can’t wait to finish my build! The fitment is super tight and secure and I’m impressed at how light it really is. Awesome product! Just received my set & can only speak of quality of it as I’m waiting on the rest of my build. It’s absolutely beautiful with no tool marks or burrs. If I were to get nit picky the only thing I’ve found were a couple of small places in the inside corners that weren’t coated completely. I’m very excited to get this build going but because of Covid19 it has slowed delivery of many of my other parts. If you want a high quality receiver set don’t hesitate because it’s awesome & lower priced than others of this style.
